Day 1

Would you believe, at the end of today, Car 57 is in 3rd place!!....don't know how we did that, but, I'm excited!
Started the day with a BBQ breakfast in the carpark of a motel in Cessnock.
Travelled through wine country to Bulga, Jerrys Plains and the Bylong valley ending up at Rylstone for lunch.
Robyn and Lea.. looks like lunch is burning!
Cooking our lunch was an old work buddy of mine from Mudgee. We didn't expect to see each other so we got a wonderful surprise!
I found some friends in Orange too.
Lea, Carmel and Cathie
The afternoon found us at Hill End, passed through Bathurst and finished in Orange.

  1. Well done on being 3rd. Our historic car club went to Hill End yesterday.......but we didn't make it. What a pity, we may have seen you. Keep having fun.

  4. Looks like so much fun. And third place is great. Keep going. May I ask what the big bars on the front of the cars are for. Look like cattle movers? :)
