A Day in the country

The Cottage on the Hill at Nundle held an airing of the quilts today.
Over 100 quilts were on display and people came from miles around to be impressed by them.
It was just wonderful to drive out along the road and see a paddock of quilts....surrounded by inquisitive cattle!
Kerry did a stunning job hosting a biggest morning tea for the cancer council too. Yummy scones jam and cream.....and good old country hospitality.
Hopefully she raised lots of money!

    What a fantastic day it must have been. Kerry must have been pleased not to be rained out this time...now it can rain. I'm sure that came up in the cattle talks over scones with jam and cream.
